The European Career Development Programme is designed to give graduates experience in a variety of business functions. Over the two-year programme, graduates carry out three eight-months assignments in spheres of activity, which are of interest to them.

Opportunities to cross international, as well as functional boundaries are available.

During and after the Career Development Programme, graduates are supported by senior management mentor, who also provides advice on career planning within Air Products.

On completion of the two-year Career Development Programme graduates are assigned to permanent positions.
